- nanoHome provides door-to-door delivery and installation services
- FREE delivery within the inner city districts of Ho Chi Minh City, applicable for orders over 5,000,000vnd.
- For areas outside Ho Chi Minh City, delivery and installation costs will be charged.
- Delivery time:
- For in-stock goods: From 3-15 working days depending on the delivery address (except holidays and Sundays)
- For new orders: Delivery time will be agreed with the customer at the time of ordering
- General Note:
- For products of large size and volume, please provide information about the size of the cargo elevator and the stairs. In case of having to transport by stairs, there will be additional costs.
- For lighting products that need to be installed, please work directly with the Client's Construction Contractor or prepare in advance related items such as determining the location to be installed, reinforcing the ceiling, Standby power line, Smarthome,....
- For decorative and architectural lighting products: Customers please consult with the MEP construction contractor, smart system supplier or other related contractors in advance to find out the details of the MEP system. /Smart Home of the project and confirm before installation so that appropriate technical options can be offered.
- Customers please check the conditon of the product directly at the time of delivery. Then sign the delivery note. After signing, any problems arising with the product will be resolved according to the warranty policy.
- nanohome is not responsible if there are any problems arising from the 3rd party carrier or the construction contractor authorized by the customer.
- Warranty period: 12 months for furniture and decorative lights from the date on the invoice.
- Warranty conditions:
- Goods under warranty must still have warranty stamps, product stamps, purchase invoices and delivery receipts.
- Warranty goods have technical problems, damage caused by the production stage
- We have the right to refuse to provide warranty for cases that are not covered by the warranty such as: goods have scratches, stains, broken, deformed due to use, or exposed to fire, water, etc. environmental factors or other improper use causing damage and other similar circumstances will not be covered by the warranty.
- After the warranty period expires, if you have any requests or questions, please contact nanoHome for advice and instructions on how to solve it. Depending on the case, if there are additional costs, nanoHome will notify the customer and ask the customer to confirm before doing so.
nanoHome only accepts product returns in case the product has a technical defect from the manufacturer.
Returned products must be intact, undamaged.
Returned products must have warranty stamps, product stamps, delivery receipts, sales invoices or sales contracts.
