Wandering the streets of Barcelona in the 1960s, designer Miguel Milá stumbled upon an abandoned opal globe outside a glass factory. Inspired by its shape, he brought it home and it evolved into the iconic Cesta lamp over time. Spanish for “basket,” Cesta features a frame with a handle, allowing it to be easily picked up and placed anywhere. Now, the Cesta Exterior is crafted in aluminum and made water-resistant, making it perfect for outdoor occasions.
